This document contains ‘advance’ information for organizations that are asking us to put together a custom team for their event. Where necessary, we will edit this into a ‘final’ document with the specifics we have mutually agreed upon.

Technical Requirements
The final technical requirements will be determined by the size of the team that we assemble for your event.

Option A: 1-3 person acoustic team with keys and/or acoustic guitar (and possibly tracks)
We will need 1 mic and 1 mic stand with a boom per person.
Out MD, who plays keys, will need a Nord Stage 3 with 88 Keys.
In the case of us mutually determining that we need to using tracks, our MD will have a computer and an interface on stage, running out tracks. We will need 2 quarter inch cables running out of this interface. We will not need the sound engineer to operate the tracks.
We will need an extra mic stand with no mic clip on it so MD can attach his laptop platform and rest his computer on it.
(If your production team has backline available, we would like to know in advance.)

Option B: 4-6 person vocal team with tracks, keys, and acoustic guitar
We will need to include a road manager and a sound engineer for this size team.
We will need 1 mic and 1 mic stand with a boom per vocalist.
We will need an in-ear rig. (If there is not one available, we can bring ours, which might incur some excess baggage fees.)
Keyboard player (our MD) will need a Nord Stage 3 with 88 Keys.
Our MD will have a computer and an interface on stage, running out tracks, cues, and clicks.
He will also need a talkback mic set up.
We will need 4 quarter inch cables running out of this interface.
(Tracks-only going to the house, everything else going through to the performer’s ears.)
We will need an extra mic stand with no mic clip on it so MD can attach his laptop platform and rest his computer on it.
Input configurations will be sent to host three weeks before show date.
(If your production team has backline available, we would like to know in advance.)

Option C: 9 piece full band
We will need to include a road manager and a sound engineer when you book a full band.
We will need 1 mic and 1 mic stand with a boom per vocalist. Please note that Nabil, on keyboards, is our MD, and will need 1 mic and 1 mic stand with a boom as well.
